Hey everyone!

Today, I have the most adorable card for you! I just love this card so much, it is definitely my favorite card out of all the ones I have made! Anyway, it is super simple to make and as usual the recipe for this card will be below the picture.

I used a digital stamp for the first time and I loved it! I am definitely going to build a collection and get more markers. Of course, I will never stop using my cricut, but it’s nice to make some cards without it for those of you who do not have this fantastic machine!

I hope you enjoy!

Two Create a Critter Birthday cards!

Hi everyone!

Did you all miss me? It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything on here now. I was on vacation with my family in Florida and let me tell you, I had TONS of fun! So if anyone is going to Florida on vacation and is planning to go to the theme parks, I TOTALLY recommend Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! I’ve been to all the Disney parks before and they’re great too but the new Harry Potter and The Forbidden Journey ride is the best!

Anyway, onto the project.

This is actually the video I made right before I left but forgot to upload. They were some last minute cards that I was putting into a gift set for my cousin. I actually was able to fit two cards in ONE video! They are just some basic birthday cards made with the Create a Critter cartridge. One card is for a boy and the other one is for a girl. The papers I used were just scraps that I found in my scrap drawer so I really don’t know where they are from! I think the blue pattern paper on the boy card is from a pack from walmart. I hope you all enjoy and I will be posting more videos later this week for you!

Cricut Give A Hoot “Thank You” Card

Hi everyone!

I have been super busy with my school this month that I have been sort of neglecting you for the past few weeks!

The reason that I have been so busy is because my family and I will be going on vacation to Florida this Saturday and will be there for a couple of weeks. But I will still keep updating my blog just so you can have something to see every time you visit.

So, onto the project!
I made a super cute and simple thank you card using the cricut “Give A Hoot” cartridge.
Here is the video. I hope you enjoy!

Happy Monday everyone!

I am so sorry I have been sort of neglecting you for the past week. I have just been so busy with my schoolwork. But, anyway, I’m back today with a really cute spring card for you! I used the Create a Critter cricut cartridge for the butterfly, which by the way, is so super easy to put together and so cute! By the way, I also wanted to tell you that I now have my own Etsy shoppe! Just go to the top menu on my blog and click “My Etsy Shoppe”. I also am giving away a 10% OFF coupon to my store on my new facebook fan page. It’s also on the top menu and says “Facebook”.  All you have to do is click on it. How to make a purse with the Cricut Forever Young Cartridge (and a special guest!)

Hi everyone!

Here is a quick and simple project I made over the weekend with my special guest, Sarai from http://coolgirlcrafts.com!
We used the Forever Young cricut cartridge to make the purse on page 71 of the handbook. We used the “Fit to Page” button on the cricut and that makes the cut as big as it can fit on the mat, which in this case is a 12×12 mat. We just simply used brown double-sided cardstock for the purse, some ribbon and a 3D sticker that we got from our local craft store.

You can use this cute little purse for:
1. earrings
2. bracelets
3. rings
4. small cosmetic products

and much more!

I hope you all enjoy!

How to package a pack of cards

Happy Presidents Day everyone!

Ok, I don’t actually have a President’s Day project for you guys because I just TOTALLY forgot, but I do have a quick and simple project that I made last night. This is how I package my card sets. You can put them in clear boxes if you like or just put them in regular boxes or bags. I like to do clear packaging because that way you can see the cards.

You would normally use cello bags, but I actually used an archival bag from Micheals that I just bought and thought that they were cello bags. They work just fine anyway. There’re actually a little cheaper than the cello bags.

I hope you enjoy!

How to decorate a recycled shopping bag

Cricut “Bee Mine” Valentine’s Day card

Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!

How to cut fabric with the cricut

Hi everyone!

I have made a quick and simple video for you guys today! All you need to make this project is some fabric and fusible webbing (it doesn’t matter which brand; I used “Steam-A-Seam 2″) You can use this technique with any project you want whether it’s for a pillow or clothes. The image cannot be intricate, because it will not cut out well with the cricut. If you don’t want to iron the fabric on to something else and just want to cut the fabric by itself, you can use Stiffy Fabric Stiffener. This will make the fabric stiffer and be able to cut out on the cricut.

 I hope you enjoy!

How to decorate a frame with the cricut Forever Young cartridge

Hi everyone!

I have a fun and simple home decor project for you guys today! This is great for a girls room or a craft room or any kind of room really.  You can change it to however you like. You can even change the frame style and size if you like. It is really all up to you. Anyways, I used the Forever Young cricut cartridge for both the phrase and the dress form. This is a great cartridge to have for girls and I love the 50s look. It also has a great purse creative feature that I really like. I used the dress form image on page 49 and the “fashion” phrase is on page 25. I used true black cardstock by papertreyink.com and melon mambo textured cardstock by stampinup.com with both of the cuts. I then put a strip of true black satin ribbon by papertreyink.com.

I hope you enjoy!

Cricut Dinosaur Card with Create A Critter

Happy Saturday everyone!

Today, I made a cute and fun birthday card for a boy using the Create a Critter cricut cartridge. This turned out so super cute! I used new leaf green cardstock from papertreyink.com for the base of the card. Its dimensions are 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and then I folded it in half which gives you a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 size card. The layer is crushed curry by stampinup.com and it is 5 1/4 x 4 inches. This gives me the perfect layer for my card. I then cut out a strip of green pattern paper that is 2 x 5 1/4 inches. The brown ribbon is dark chocolate by papertreyink.com.

I hope you enjoy this fun video!

Cricut Valentine’s Day Card with Make The Cut

Hi everyone!

Here is a really simple valentine’s day card made using the Make The Cut Software for the cricut. The base layer for my card is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches and then I folded it in half. It is pure poppy by papertreyink.com.
The white layer is just regular white cardstock from walmart which is 5 1/4 x 4 inches, which gives me a perfect layer. The red ribbon is also pure poppy by papertreyink.com. I used some red metallic poster board that I got at walmart. I used the cuttlebug to emboss the hearts. I used the swiss dots and divine swirls embossing folders. I just used regular black ink for the stamp. The stamp is from the My Pink Stamper Stamps Family and Friends set. I hope you enjoy!

How to Make a Flower Lace for a Headband

Hi there!!!

Today, I have made a simple and easy project for you that does NOT include the cricut. I know that you are all probably wondering “What happened to all of your other posts and videos?” Well, there was a mishap with the database with my blog and it deleted EVERYTHING! But, no worries. All of my videos are still on my youtube channel so you can still go there to see all of my projects. I just can’t re-post everything so I’m just doing one or two posts and then moving on with more videos.

Keep checking back for more fun projects and possibly a challenge soon! I have only been doing these projects and videos for only a week and I already have 14 subscribers! I am so grateful for all of you that have actually VIEWED my videos. I am definitely going to keep making them.
I hope you enjoy!
